For Ryan and Keenan Tham, restaurants were never just a business. They were the family business. Third-generation restaurateurs, the brothers grew up around tables, kitchens and a legacy that has helped shape the way India experiences Asian food for over fifty years, beginning with The Mandarin in 1963 and continuing through names like Kamling, Henry Tham’s and KOKO.

But FOO was never meant to simply carry that legacy forward. It was Ryan and Keenan’s chance to give it their own energy. To take everything they knew about great food and hospitality, lose the formality, turn up the fun and create the kind of place they themselves wanted to keep coming back to. Premium without the pretence. Thoughtful without taking itself too seriously. FOO is their heritage, reimagined.

FOO began with a simple thought: great Asian food shouldn’t need an occasion. So we created a place where premium could still feel playful, where familiar flavours could surprise you, and where everything from sushi and dim sum to cocktails and rice beer could share the same table. Asia isn’t simply a place on our map. It’s a mood on our plates.
